Movie Night – Representasian is a series of cinematically told asian-american stories that explore questions of identity and identify the struggles, triumphs and diversity of asian-american life.

Open Mic – East Meets Words is the only monthly Asian American open mic series in all of New England, taking place the second Friday of every month at East Meets West bookstore. A local institution since its inception in March 2005, all you need to participate is a voice or an ear. Come by during an open mic and share some of your secrets and soul.

Boston Progress Radio is an online audio/video blog with interviews, articles, and opinions, as well as streaming Internet radio playing many of your favorite API artists. The goal of Boston Progress Radio is to:

  • Create a space for the expression of Asian American voices and experiences.
  • Build community between Asian American artists and the people who appreciate their work.
  • Provide an Internet stream dedicated to featuring the music of Asian American artists.

BPR is also a place for members to share their perspectives about issues relevant to the AA community.
